Supersport streaming broken again?

Mine did that once or twice. I just cleared the cache and restarted the browser. Worked for me...

"supersmart" are still in the dark ages. aside from the fact that the service is totally unreliable, they still dont have options for different quality settings.

for those who have 4/10mbps lines we are stuck with the cr@p quality that they offer. Quite pathetic really.

typical monopoly - spend money on building the initial service then don't bother to upgrade it since they have no competition.

So the quality is the same even when connecting with a higher speed?
Does it buffer more on a faster connection?

I wouldn't say it buffers more, but I've had it buffer on a 10Mbps line (no other traffic). "Quality" is unfortunately the same.

How hard can it be to cater for different line speeds?
a) Up to 2Mbps
b) Up to 4Mbps
c) Up to 10Mbps
