Supersport streaming down?

Anybody able to get Supersport streaming to work. I keep getting a pop-up saying it's only for registered DSTV subscribers. Was working fine last time I used it.

That's weird - not working on my laptop or my android (regularly use them both). Even tried logging in with my dad-in-law's login detail but still no joy. It seems to default back to my not being logged in when I click on the "live" link on the site. Sucks.
 
Just tested the site in Chrome with the video feed "Titans v New Age Impi" and seems to be working 100%.
 
That sucks! Cricket starting again tonight and I was banking on streaming to get me through the next couple of days. Absolutely no idea what it could be.
 
And there, out of the blue, it decides to work again. :erm:

Sorry for the hijack, but on a different note. Why does my supersport streaming not stream fluently ?
I've got a 4 mb line. All other streaming works flawlessly. Youtube etc. But the supersport stream seems to buffer for 5 seconds, play for 5 seconds, buffer for 5 seconds.....etc....etc..
Is there any special settings for flash player that i need to look at ?
 
This really sucks. Been intermittent since the 14th, but off a lot more than on. Guess I'll have to contact DSTV and see what the issue is.

Im constantly having problems when trying to view the video highlights, the message "insufficient bandwith, please upgrade" keeps popping up but the video still loads and can be viewed up to the end.
Im using a 4MB line at home and Im guesing that it is fine for that, and also tried different web browers too

I just found it quite strange as I've been using them to view highlights of matches that I missed for a long time now and I've only started having this problem over the last few months
 
Does anybody else have a problem streaming about 08:30 - 14:00ish EVERY Friday? I'm trying to figure out if the bottleneck is my internet connection or something from DSTV's side. Really frustrating not being able to stream the rugby games in the mornings.
 
And the streaming in it's moer again ....... seriously inept bunch of monkeys.
 
Keeps just freezing, tried multiple ISP's ...... switch to another streaming source for 5mins and then SS is back. Very meh.
 
You guys are not alone. Watch the 5 min summaries during the week perfectly. Put it on the tennis last night (just to check), no problem. As soon as the live rugby starts, continuous buffering. Must have to do with their servers not being able to deal with the traffic (more people watching the rugby) and or settings causing some users to get priority over others, so they run smoothly and the rest continuously suffers. Wasn't a problem about 4 weeks back, only last 3 weeks. They must have "played" wit the settings.

PS Might also have to do with your distance to the server making it worse. I link from Rustenburg. Where are you guys with problems from?

:o I found my problem... I had to get a new smartcard and it had a new number (obviously). After I updated my DSTV profile with my new number it worked again.
