I have been trying to register for Supersport online streaming but when I enter the smart card number I get "invalid" every time. I have entered 2 different smart card numbers to no avail.

Anyone ever tried this, had similar issues, resolved it or done it right?

Hah well of course I figure it out as soon as i post this. It acually does say the first 10 digits only (out of 11, how weird) and I miscounted. But of course, because I have attempted this already I have semi-registered and so now apparently my username and email address are already 'taken'. Of course they are you dummies, by me!

Login with your "taken" username and enter your smartcard details?

Well exactly what I was doing. But since I am not fully registered with the smart card number (they say you can register without it until you find it but you actually can't) it is basically trying to re-register me once the number is validated with my same details. Stupid people.

I am so very tired of using websites that are not properly designed, tested and debugged. It's really not that hard to do. What astounds me is that companies pay people for this shocking service!

Hi

I've registered for this. My problem is I keep getting a message saying that I don't have sufficient bandwith. Youtube works. 4MB line Telkom ISP.

Thanx

SAIX/Telkom doesn't peer with M-Web, so you can expect that problem on a SAIX/Telkom based account. You will need another ISP account that peers with M-Web to make use of these streams properly in SA at least, ie. any other IS based ISP, CS, WA, FNB-Connect ect.

That sucks. We recently 'fixed' our line and got it back to the promised speed of 4Mbps but it's more like 2Mbps and we streamed fine. The quality is kak.

I'm on a 1mb mweb and the streaming works fine. Great on weekends and evenings, during the day it sometimes lags.
