Does anyone know why the Rugby on SS1 has a max resolution of 960x540 1200kbps

While the tennis is available on SS7 at 1280x720 2600kbps

????

No idea why, but what really pisses me off with SS1, is that the picture quality of the ads and in the studio is awesome, but when the game is on the quality is all pixelated and shlt! (Even when I put it on the highest possible quality.)
I swear they do this intentionally.

Not complaining, coz I love tennis, but bloody retarded that Super Rugby is streaming is such SHYTE quality

What alternatives are there? Buffstream or something- I avoid the site which require sign up, but if there's something good out there that needs a login, I'll give it a bash.

Olympic streaming had a 1080 option yesterday but it's gone today.

Channels vary from 720 to 540 max.

720 @ 2600kbps

There were two 1080 options, I chose the 1080 @ 3500kbps (IIRC) which seemed to use a steady 4Mbps as per Task Manager.

Why are they taking so long to give us 720 for all channels and 1080 for HD channels??

I thought it was just me. We were streaming yesterday (not sport), and the add look amazing.. but the series was semi-crappy.

Depends on how popular a stream is. The more people trying to access the stream the lower the quality to keep connection.
