Getting all my ducks in a row for gym,

So far

Jack3d
Centrum
Probiotic
100% whey protein.

Anything I should add to this

Just confirm before hand, my one order took 3-weeks to arrive.

Also - if you do order his Whey, its flavourless and taste like crap - there's a flavouring supplement called Top-10 at Dischem which works wonders.

You do know the only thing you'll get out of using supplements is some very expensive urine?

Well my supps work (unless I have a very wild imagination), but please tell me how you got to this conclusion?

If they didn't work I'd weigh around 50kg :p

...and anyone who says Jack3d doesn't work if on something....

I think you mean multi-vitamins, which in general do give you nice glow in the dark P.

Supplements, in my view, is a bit different ...

Gaba.... google time

Supposedly increases your HGH levels... all I know is if you take a teaspoon before bed, you first tingle all over for about 20 seconds, like pins n needles in your entire body... then you have the deepest most relaxing sleep ever filled with the most vivid dreams.

It's really cheap as well.

Supplements are no substitute for getting outside and doing actual physical exercise. I have tried PhedraCut and while it worked (combined with workouts) it had more drawbacks than it was good for. Plus these supplements can end up costing you a small fortune.

My advice to you is to rather spend a grand or so on a good pair of Nike or Asics running shoes and then to start hitting the tar/trail. No recurring gym costs, no supplements to refill, just natural exercise and doing what your body was designed to do. Cycling and MTB is also a brilliant way to workout if you have the bicycle for it.

Edit : If you do go the outdoor route and you have a Symbian/Android/iOS device you are welcome to add me as friend on SportsTracker : http://www.sports-tracker.com/#/view_profile/rouxenator

By the looks of the supplements - I don't think his intention is to loose weight.

3 weeks is the standard, its quicker to order from overseas (no exageration)
