Who we need
If you have excellent communication skills linked with patience, being cool under pressure and always friendly to listen to customers and their problems then you are halfway there. If you can add some working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Hosted Exchange etc.), have technical skills to understand IT solutions, as well as thirst for knowledge, a keen eye for detail, highly organised and can present yourself well and as a team player with the ability to work independently, always being reliable and punctual, can understand and execute instructions and very determined to work hard and succeed - we are looking for you.
If you also have broader knowledge with servers, private cloud and cloud services in general, this will be an advantage, although not necessary.

What you will be doing:
Support desk function for our company’s cloud solution offerings – doing the following, but not limited to:
a)Book support tickets on behalf of customers
b)Responsible for assigning tickets
c)Try to assist customers with advice and solutions to their ticket problem
d)Team Viewer for customer remote support
e)Initiate and coordinate the communication with Tech Level 2 & 3 support for resolution
f)Confirm open tickets at end of day
g)Call back customers with advice on issues
h)Domains registrations / renewal / transfer
i)Manage Website accounts
j)Possibly assist in accounts

WHMCS platform
WHM platform

Work Place: City Centre (Cape Town)
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm
Remuneration: Market related - dependent on work experience, knowledge and qualifications. Range: R5000 – R15000. Increases catered for.
