I would like to setup a system whereby my staff send an sms to number xyz and this then is received by my online ticket support system. it then recognises that mobile number as being user x on the system and the fault then logged same as it would be logged via email.
I know you get the standard apps that log based on email received but now I would also like my staff to log a fault by SMS.
Who in SA can provide such a service ?
