Support needed in Kyalami

Hey guys,

My boss recently moved to Kyalami and is getting the worst signal known to man there when either using his phone to just call or sms and when trying to use 3G.

I'm posting on here to see if I can get some help cos my boss has logged two calls with vodacom, one in december and one recently but he hasn't heard anything back from vodacom about this signal issue.

Not sure if any of you guys live in the area and have bad signal there and what you've done to fix it, maybe an aerial or something? Thanx guys :D
 
From just before Leeuwkop prison down to Kyalami is TERRIBLE for 3G coverage. I got my contract canceled because I could not use it.
 
I have replied to you via PM James. I found a call on one of the numbers that is linked to coverage issues, but that is in Bryanston, not Kyalami and is still pending as a new site is still being waited for in that area reported.

If the Call was logged with a different number that is not linked to the account number of the cell number provided, then I wont be able to find it.

I cant see anything else logged on that number.

Was it logged with 155 ? and like you asked is there any other number he might of used ?
 
Just pm'd you VodacomData, although it never showed in my sent items box. Let me know if you get the msg. Thanx again guys :)
