Has anyone here used osTicket?

Unfortunately, it randomly kicks me out whenever I try to do anything (I've had this problem before with a variety of phpBB based forums, but at least you could check the "Remember Me" option when logging in, which helps!)

Are there any other slick Ticketing Systems worth looking at?

I use Spiceworks's Ticket system. Ties in nicely as a inventory system as well. The community is also very helpfull for troubleshooting.

You could also look at OTRS. It is ITIL compliant.
I'll put another vote in for OTRS :) I've deployed it on a couple of helpdesks and never had any issues with it. Its very powerful and also not quite as tough to get running as RT

What browser and OS are you using???

I develop our inbound callcenter app in Symfony and it kicks out certain users under Vista after 30minutes. Its a cookie issue. Not bothered to resolve this issue yet.

If you use source control Trac is good and integrates with SVN
