Supreme Commander

i got it as well the full game had it since 15 feb lol. its ok but dont play too much of it or ull get over it very quick.

Got an inside man at BT-games ;)

He said that if they got stock in tomorrow i could pick it up. But I don't think he'll be able to do it tho. More than likely only on Friday. Actually let me phone him and find out quickly.
 
I'll rather buy my copy on Friday from a shop somewhere and start playing the same day - than order it online, wait five to ten days for delivery, and pay extra for delivery. I'm not good at waiting :).

Thanks...pre-ordered from BT as well...normally they receive it in on Thursday.
 
I can't see myself wearing a T-shirt in public saying "Supreme Commander". Those who don't know the game will think I'm not so lekker upstairs :). And these shirts usually cannot handle a wash ... you get it in size "S" although the label says "XL" - and after the wash it's "VS" (very small).

yeah also got ambushed now , by the pay with credit card and compulsory delivery - charge so I said no thanx. will go to the store myself, I am rather an instant gratification guy myself.

You see they're down the road, next block actually , so I thought I could pick up from digital planet instead, but no luck.

New resolution , never buy from Digital Planet, ever. There is a reason why they advertise at such low prices, now I know. I rather use their pricing to haggle with someone else and get the benefit of the lower price and instant collection.

Game launch is today (23 Feb) but I hear the shops have not received their stock due to Customs bungling. Apparantly a TV ad scheduled to run today had to be moved to Monday because of this. Anyone got their hands on a game today?
 
hey guys, just a quick post to inform those of you interested in playing supcom multi-player with other locals can join #supcomgames IRC channel on shadowfire server.

we have a good number of ppl already playing and we usualy play some 2vs2 games during the evenings depending on how ppl are on at the time. direct connect games work 100% with no issues and IP information etc about games beeing hosted is all shared on that irc channel.

join us! the more the merrier(spelling?) :)
 
Never really liked Total Annilation the precursor ... this super commander bot that builds everything sounds a bit daft.

C&C 3 is gonna rock.
 
SC is one of the better Strat game release recently. This game's scope seems huge.
