Surprise gift!

Hi there guys

As a small token of our appreciation for your activity on this forum, we decided to give an occasional gift to a member who makes a noteworthy contribution to this forum. This is definitely not meant as any form of competition, but rather as a physical ‘thank you note’. It will usually be something like movie tickets or a bottle of wine (for over 18’s).

I hope all of you feel that this is a good idea, and that this will not in any way harm the respectability of this forum. Please post your feelings about this here…we are here to create a constructive environment for you guys, and your ideas will therefore govern this website (unlike some companies I know .

We should also introduce a monthly prize for the person or section in Telkom who provides the worst (or least) service. Something like the Razzies Awards for worst movies.

We can make a certificate for the award and then mail it to the recipient and everybody in the press as well as everybody else. I think this may hit a nerve somewhere in Telkom!

Lets think of a nice name for the award and lets get nominations for the first winner.

Lets irritate them into action!!

Yeah, I think it's a great idea. Thanks so much for all you've done so far, and for the great site. I'm really looking forward to what we can achieve here for both us and the future generations of ADSL users. I also believe we can make a difference, not as a call to 0800 375 375, but as a community.
