Since you seem to be new to the Surtie story, do yourself a favour and look back at the number of times "investors" have been told that the case has been deferred or postponed. THEN look for court records and see if you can find the official statement and don't just accept pasted copies on social media. Do due diligence.
 
Fear not degenerates! This is the last time the court case will be delayed. It will definitely go ahead as planned on the new date. Yes, next time will be totally different than all the previous occasions. There is absolutely no reason for it not to be.
