Where did you get money to last 10 years? On the most basic of basic I burn through 360k a year, and that's after tax has been paid. 10 years of that is 3.6mil.

Are you one of the people taking monies from us innocent folks. There is know way I will believe anything about this anymore. People were scammed out of thousands of Rand's already. These pastors should be ashamed of themselves. What are they going to say on judgement day? I'll tell you what they going to say, they will probably scam their way into heaven too. Clearly they good at what they doing, praying on us innocent people. Ek soek my geld terug. Who can I scam to get my money back

There ARE some people who would legitimately be inheritors of the monies BUT THEY ARE NOT ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN PAYING AND PAYING TO PEOPLE LIKE PASTOOR JOHAN. Unless you have a written agreement with either Ms Surtie or Mr Koorbanally or one of the legal heirs of the estate, you have nothing but the promises of people who have scammed you.
You are being scammed yet again if you give a further cent in donation for an appeal against the finding or for anything else.
Sorry to hear you are one of those who has lost to a bunch of crooks. Lying seems to come very easily to pastors and they have a captive, self-selected audience, so you are probably correct about how they will try to get to Heaven.
You sound like someone who is too honest and decent to scam to get your money back, so I am afraid that you have lost all your money.

Bank/PIC not bothering to argue those points because it was simpler to just focus on the obvious ones is a far cry from "Judge agrees they have no Defense against our claim"

There are a couple of loose ends on this thing:
1) The $36 billion are not being disputed. From my little understanding of legal matters, it is an endless loop to prove something true or false as it is an opinion. So they did what lawyers do and stuck to the facts based on the law. And that was done well.
2) My problem is the actual amount of $36 billion. No one can explain where this money came from. There is mention of the Surtees, but with that kind of money, they should have street names and cities named after them. We would have all known of them as they competed with De Beers. I can't find any mention of the Surtees in De Beers's history, and indeed they would have known of each other as De Beers controlled the diamond market unless they were one and the same thing ???
3) Maybe one last thing. What is the possibility that this was amoney laundering account used during apartheid? Somebody in the ANC secret service knew about this and brought this to the attention of someone else who is now trying to get this to the open?

Hey guys...The contact number of "Sam Attorneys" do not work, I mean what company provides you with a contact number on their letterhead and then it don't work??serious redflag!! Plus I have contacted SV Attorneys also and they have never ever heard of a Donovan Sam.....
