And if they stole it from that family what on earth does it have to do with you. I can tell you any law man even remotely wise would have taken this case as a pro bono with a cut of the earnings.... All for them and the family... So tell me again, where do you guys come in again?

Cancer treatment,Breast Enlargement,Cars,Laptops
and the odd Medical and Tech scams obviously
There are pretty cool audited platforms to do this on,like backabuddy,gofundme etc with pre-set agreements and funding levels required

You know why "Legal prosecutions" aren't crowdfunded? Because if there is money to be made a Legal Firm will happily give their time for free,with a % of the winnings to take at the end
The only legal cases that get crowdfunded are Defense - because no lawyers want to take cases like that with a nonexistent chance to win

Your imaginary R10/R20/R100/R1000 is more admin than it's worth in the grand scheme of things and definitely a drop in the bucket for an imaginary case this size,and there's no legal precedent to award money to share afterwards to anybody not actively on the court roll

Finally someone that seeks the truth!

We The crowd funders has assisted with the legal process for several years, and have finally made it to the High Court! Many influencial role players has kept this purposely out of the public domain as it would have serious ramifications on our Rand and financial institutions.

As crowd funders we are only receiving a portion of the funds not as an investment return but as a Gift in return for supporting this process. Hence the Hawks had all the opportunity to apply the law against us but have no legal leg to do it.

Yes there will always be opportunists that will abuse and take advantage of this process, however we remain resilient in our pursuit to achieve justice for this family and all involved and will not be distracted by the little foxes!

So the Pic has 5 days to plea guilty or not guilty or settle the matter with the family's legal team.

Nah,I differentiated it from pro-bono work which is little/no payment at all,voluntary work,much like how these fellas donated their funds and won't be getting any money back :thumbsup:
