Or it could be after, like almost a year after, or maybe 10, or never after (that's sounds like a great band name for a theremin, a harp, an acoustic guitar fed through distortion and blue man group's PVC "thing")

Why? The Top 40 is higher than it was this time last year and the ALSI is 11% down compared to this time last year. So it hasn't collapsed like a piramid scheme.

I have also been looking at this thread and my family members still believe that they are going to receive millions. But on the by, my understanding is that substantial amounts must be disclosed on public entities right? So, even if the PIC is getting sued, should large court cases not be disclosed in the financial statements? This would mean that this can't be kept a secret like the board members keep telling everyone.

Tell your family members to rather put that money in Forex, yes the risk is high but the odds of making a great return actually exists vs the risk of a black hole with this "investment".

Age old saying : if it sounds too good to be true....

Hey presto! The first week of business is almost done. So just 49 more times having to endure a next week (not really counting the last week). Not that bad when you think about it.
