Niks gaan gebeur nie..........hofdatum is die 26ste Julie 2021 vir verhoor.

Ons word vir i ride gevat deur die "board". Daar was nog niks agreement bereik nie. Dus die begin van die proses.

It reads like something written by a fith grader. Sorry if whoever wrote this reads my comment, but it's true.

Idk how well researched the article is, but it does manage to go into a lot of detail. It still doesn't explain to me how the forumites looking to benefit from this Surtie matter will do so though. Any legal council will chop their ears off to work on this for even a miniscule percentage amount of the total payout if successfully convincing the court and have the ball rolling so to speak.

It was the first time for me on this site so (to try and see how legit this site is) I clicked around a bit to see if it checks out and it seems it does. I do agree with you though, the article needs a proper editor's input coz it doesn't read so leke.

I also in fact did some research on the Attorneys (via their website) and they seem legit too.

But as you say, for those who "invested" in receiving a portion of this insane amount of money --- if they do ever receive it remains to be seen.

Getting anything out of the PIC, ABSA or any other government establishment....is gonna be a near-impossible task though coz the amount of power, evasion and endless court battles is gonna be (already seems to be) heavy.
 
I've been following this thread for a while and must say this posting of this article has changed the tone of some commentators. I too checked out the attorneys a few weeks ago and it's legit. Those who thought the court case was BS can now put their minds at ease that it is infact real.

That article link was posted like 4 hours ago. There have been at best 2 commentators and the ones tone is sceptical as always, so who are these commentators whose tones have changed?

Atleast the case number issue is settled.
 
I find it hilarious that the same person keeps talking to their other clones.
This thread is really getting a bit old though. No doubt some ridiculous statement will draw me back at some stage, but for now its getting a bit tired.

I never doubted that there may be a court case, what I did (and still do beyond a) doubt is a "number" (one can also be a number with many names) of forumites seeking to benefit
 
Promise I'm not a clone lol
I do however wonder where the person is who started the forum and whether they indeed addressed the Hawks...
