So what you are reporting, is that a group of scam artist, will take the government, in the form of the Public Investment Corporation and ABSA bank to court as part of a scam? That sounds senseless on so many levels. No doubt there are many scam artist over the world, none of whom have ever used such a tactic. You do know, that in court you have to provide evidence for whatever you are alleging. In the event that the evidence points to a scam, the Presiding Officer are duty bound to refer the matter to the NPA. Does that sound like a recipe for success. In addition to that the Public Investment Corporation are under the political control of the minister of Finance arguably the most powerful minister in Cabinet. This minister has two colleagues in cabinet, who he meets frequently, namely the Ministers of Justice and Police. If there's a suspicion or wrongdoing surely he can have a talk with his counterparts or have a high level official lay criminal charges. None of that has happened yet. If not, why not? Then the PIC is the third richest pension fund in the world and the most richest fund in Africa. ABSA is one of the biggest banks in South Africa and the world. So some low level scam artist are taking on the government, in a court of law, and two of the richest financial institutions in Africa, as their scam? You are either biased or naïve. Do you know that this case was already heard in the Western Cape, where the PIC raised four exceptions, one of whom deals with jurisdiction. The PIC argued that the case should be heard in the North-Gauteng High court instead of asking that the case be dismissed for a lack of evidence. The presiding officer, in the Cape High court agreed and she made a ruling to the effect. Even she did not found that it was a scam or that there were a lack of evidence. The date for the court hearing, in Gauteng, is the 3rd of May 2022. What about this even remotely smells like a scam?? Pray tell and provide evidence please

I have paid some money for a Nigerian prince ,so that he can pay his lawyer, to transfer millions of Rands, to me. People tell me it's a scam, but it makes, no sense. He is transferring MILLIONS to my account. How can it be a scam as he is transferring millions to my account? That does not sound like the recipe for a successful scam?

Ahahmmm! Please say your are joking about paying money to this mmm "lawyer"? You are absolutely correct that paying you millions is a really poor recpe. On the other hand, the act of getting some amount of money FROM you for diddly squat is evidently a pretty good scam recipe!

No, you need to provide proof there was or is even a case in court. Lets have some case numbers or whatever numbers the courts use.

Preferably valid, up-to-date ones. Some case numbers we have seen referred to old cases in the Lesotho courts or unrelated cases from RSA.

I am most certainly not a part of this scam. My comments come from application of common sense, investigation into some of what facts have been presented by shills and critical evaluation of many scams.
