Surtie Inheritance Scam

Protest at ABSA Cape Town done, memorandum handed over and within 5 days a response has to be given.

Case commences in May again. The evidence is overwhelming, soon the news agences will have to break this story.
 
yea i watched the absa march live on youtube - okes are making all the shiz public now - PIC and ABsa cant hide anymore it seems. Lets see what they do. they'll of course deny all of this till kingdom come

I witnessed the case in high court and the Judge presiding over the hearing was totally biased and blatantly protecting the PIC, she has since been reported! The cased now moved to JHB and will be heard next month. The evidence is scathingly pointing towards the most trusted people in our Society.

Get ready for bombshells to be dropped. Hopefully out of court settlements will be reached.

ah ok i see. Look mate, this is the PIC and Absa (and reserve bank and and and and) so this is hectic coz these ppl are taking on powerful gov entities.

If this case should be won (somehow) that would be a major thing coz (even though close and with evidence), I just dont see how on this green earth the friegen PIC and Absa are gona cave to this.

I agree it's a david vs GOLIATH scenario! If our Judiciary is compromised, which is most likely, then the "name and shame" game, nationally & internationally through multimedia outlets (Netflix documentary ect) will begin.

Eish it's going to get Ugly.

Please share the old and new court case numbers brother!

I am keen to donate more money to our worthy cause!
 
Please will someone who knows what is going on share the genuine case numbers? The latest one I have found in the appeal for funding does is not for a case before the courts. It is as though the people involved are only prepared to openly make requests for money but then are as uncommunicative as the supposed defendants.
 
No reply (yet) to my query yesterday. I am really keen to attend the hearing in the Gauteng High Court, but can't get details without a case number or date and court. Assistance would be much appreciated.
 
@tman: 48 hours and still waiting for some info on the up-coming case details. I guess this delay is why the whole story has dragged on for so long - anyone with genuine information, and especially the money, just strings everyone else along. And of course, keeping on asking for more donations.
 
In times like these it's actually endearing that people still have so much hope, and we all know the excited feeling of anticipation, like kids waiting for Santa.
