There is a lot going on here - and I need to mention everything yet again. I am in no way involved in payouts , or involved in investing. But the whole investment has been proposed to me by somebody.

A massive selling factor is that this group of people - all seem to know someone fighting the case or directly involved in the case - but we never get to meet them , or hear directly from them. Its always via a representative ( such as the Pastors mentioned before etc. )

Secondly , to any older individual or less technical individual - these guys present really appealing documents - they even set up something similar to a "Virtual Cheque." with all the required information on it - and it shows exactly how big the massive payout will be. So it seems really inviting.

However , to the younger eye - it is obvious , that this document was easily made on a Canva / Publisher or something and is fake.

Furthermore , all correspondence regarding open letters/documentation from the Forensic Auditor/etc is communicated to the public via a few different facebook accounts that yet again , maybe have one or two profile photos of an inanimate object and all correspondence is posted on the same day - no prior activity - no further activity.

Shouldn't open letters , actually be communicated to the public via Reputable News Platforms , maybe even an actual facebook group named "Surtie Court Case Correspondence for investors" or something more official.

Lastly , there is no paper trail of this case or the inheritance. It is literally an investment on hearsay - and the sad part of it is - the group of people approach the older pastors , the older business owners and other older individuals and through them - intice the younger , trusting , staff or congregation to invest.

The Lawyer in charge Mr Donovan Sam - is yet again listed as a Lawyer , on nothing Reputable , but on a site such as LinkedIn , where you could claim to be the President without any proof as well as a site called Lawyer South Africa - that mentions him and maybe 18 - 20 other lawyers that have no certification attached to their profile.

The worst and most obvious indication of a scam is : When you call the Lawyers Practice in Bellville , there is no record of him working there - nevertheless that he is the Director.

I believe this is a scam , I hope I am proved wrong by the end of this week ( because Payouts of yet again been promised and will likely come according to the Fake Lawyers ) - but if it is a scam.

Is there any way at all , that we can make use of the Authorities to stop this scheme , and catch the fraudsters and liars behind it. I feel that this is a big whale of something that we ordinary people can make a difference in.

I am all about stopping evil , I believe in being a good person and last night - driving home from a late night meeting , my heart was broken to see an elderly lady having to work the streets to make some money.

I'm not saying that the investors are having to work the streets- but massive amounts of pension funds , life savings and etc are being potentially lost by members of congregations / hardworking citizens and etc.

Yes , they are stupid & gullible for not investigating it properly initially - but the fact is , they were lied to and thats what lead to them investing.

Lying is wrong , fraud is wrong and its punishable.

I'd love to connect with someone who can show me some actual stamped court case evidence , actual payout orders from FNB/Absa and some actual documentation confirming the Forensic Auditors existence.

If this isnt possible.

I'd love to connect with some other people that would like to help those who were scammed get their money back ( or atleast some of it ) and end this scheme and stop our elderly from potentially ending up on the streets , losing their pension forever.

Even if they do pay this fake money out, it has to lay for 21 days before it can be transferred to you. So don't get your hopes up for a good Xmas. Plus there is another court case in the making. So wag maar al aan...
