Now that this group acknowledges the legitimacy of the claim and not a scam! it's now before the courts and in the public. We will deal with the crowdfunders and model later. Can we first get an apology from all those that ignorantly lambasted this claim over the past few years on this group. We also accept gift cards.

You exposing your ignorance about the case and fishing for info. But then again 95% of those commenting here is only for entertainment. The court did not dismiss the case it basically said that the money is rightfully the family's money but the outdated financial exchange apartheid law is prohibiting them from receiving it, or that is the interpretation of the judge and PIC attorneys.

The finance minister has the jurisdiction to propose to amend that law. But the judge has agreed there is sufficient evidence that the money and interest should be paid back! +- 1.3 trillion.

As I have said on this thread, the case by the inheritors and Jeff Koorbanally is one thing. But scammers who have been soliciting money have no claim to the money. You can only get something from the actual plaintiffs and that will depend on the agreement each of you has reached with the claimants. Of course you accept gift cards - people are running out of money to send you.

Ok let's deal with the issue at hand! 95% of the people on this thread did not give any money right? Let's call them the non-omelettes, but they have the most to say and are attacking those that gave to this "scam" so what's the vested interest they have in this thread that has been kept alive by them for almost +-3 years?

My only conclusion is that they don't have a life or a wife! Because why would you be so committed to something that has no bearing on your life.

This thread is like a virtual bar that they step into daily just to escape their miserable life and feel better after insulting and berating those that has planted a seed to assist the process of winning this gargantuan legal case!
