No one will comment on this as it is too painful to admit this case got so far and it's getting media coverage for the first time ever. While broadband detectives and journalists are still in denial, we progress and conquer. you guys are kinda talking past each other ---- all points raised here are valid in that:

- thousands of ppl have definitely been scammed because of this whole thing (and probably still are)
- the behind-the-scenes details of this on going case is now coming to much brighter light and is now being publicised
- as some of you have mentioned here, there is indeed only a hand full of official beneficiaries who would benefit from this ---- IF this case should be won if favor of those parties.

So the time line here is:

- (19**) scams / very little case info ----> more scams / a bit more info / nothing public ----> more scams / more court rulings and exceptions / more public info -----> (2023+) more scams / more court rulings / case won/lost?

Once again, you avoid acknowledge that, as Great Gatsby said, the points made in her/his post have been made a number of times previously and most recently in my reply to one of YOUR posts.

Let's just get some things straight:

1) Yes we are continuesly confusing the 2 subjects ie. The Court case of the Surtie Inheritance and the so called scamming of the crowdfunders.
2) let's address the latter, I am concerned to hear about the innocent people that had been conned out of their hard earned money with the promise of great rewards by people that has been pretending to be official representatives of the Family. And I'm very sincere in this (jokes aside) those perpetrators should be jailed.
3) Yes there will always be opportunists like some on this group that will look to prey on the innocent.
4) But please, pretty please ! There are people like me that are rightful beneficiary's of this case as we endured years of sacrifice to see this Case coming to light!

Spot on. I myself am a beneficiary and I don't think we need to convince anyone or proof anything since the legitimacy and authenticity are established.

No question about it, the beneficiaries have had a long wait. The thing about your recent posts that doesn't ring true for me is how you can claim to have been ignorant of all the false claims. As a beneficiary you MUST have known that many calls for donations were not made by any genuine claimants. You were in positions to KNOW that many of the promises of great rewards were being made by crooks who would never get a cent of the inheritance beacause they had no claim whatsoever on the Surtie estate. Why the surprise and claim to want them jailed NOW?

You see now you exposing yourself! The info you got was definitely false, unless you a victim of the crime, you talking absolutely bullocks!

No one can claim unless they have gone to the courts with an official one. So yes maybe I was ignorant of some incidents taking place but surely my extensive understanding (sitting through a 5 hour court hearing in high court) of the case and history thereof has given me the full confidence to take on any of you omelettes.
