Surtie Inheritance Scam

View attachment 1431813
Comrades, please let us not point fingers and make a mockery of OUR legitimate claim to this 3rd parties money. Last time I checked Porche has the largest dealership in the world in SA. There is more than enough 911's to go around when we get paid!
Yes tell them! Talk some sense into them! Disclaimer! Before a potato pic is sent again, this comment of mine was meant to be sarcastic.

Everybody gets a Porsche, where's Oprah when you need her lol

Moving along, I would like to share a moment in the court hearing last year, when both the PIC and judge was laughing at the claim when presented, it was so disgusting to see how biased the judge was responding to the claim!

After 5hours and 3months later, the Judges rulling was that she did not have jurisdiction over this Case and it had to be transferred to JHB. What a waste of time!

She did not even prepare herself as a 500 page doc was given to her months before the time, she said she glanced through it! Eish our Justice system is also corrupt.

But... We continue to fight as our legal team has proved itself worthy to lead this battle.

See you lunchtime.

well thats because this case goes deep and super high up ---- that judge was most likely by all accounts "pre-prepped" to handle the case in a certain way. The last court case in JHB though was alot more successful with 3/5 exceptions in favor of the claimants. The two outstandings will be challenged in Jan.

Its a massive wheel turning so winning this case was (and is never going to be) an easy feat and would always be stukkie for stukkie

On a different rant about this Surtie thing. This thread has been about the scam, but the elephant in the room is the basic information on which it is based. Initially, it sounded like hocus pocus, but it is hard to make up stuff and go to court. The PIC was in court. The court papers are authentic, so I am curious why no one has mentioned the details about all of this. Like, who the fudge is the Surtees? And where did the 36 Billion dollars come from? Or is the Surtie and CIEX report intermingled?

This has been mentioned multiple times ... just ask the "Surtie Millionaire" ... pretty sure he will indulge you again. And you are right, this is about the scam, so we don't care about the rest :)

No, Im not talking about the diamond money, cause that part of story doesnt match up to De Beers in South Africa. They controlled the diamond market so I highly doubt the diamond money part. Secondly, it is such a coincedence that CIEX and Surties are from the mid 80s. And then of course there is the Open Secrets agency that is in Cape Town who also did a thing on the 80s intricate arms deals money laundering schemes. All three these stories involve billions of dollars during a time where South Africa was under severe sanctions. So ja, I find it interesting that no-one is making these connections. But maybe you are right. It needs its own thread.

In all the "stuff" you just mentioned, I see no mention of the people being scammed out of money to fund the "Surtie Court Case", hence it is not in here. Title of Thread: Surtie Inheritance Scam ... that's what it is about
