While there's been much "anticipation" regarding the next court date in Pretoria, the executor of the estate in question has had a search and seize warrant issued under the Administration of Estates Act issued in Bellville last month in order to gain access to the ABSA account they claim to be related to the case, and where the money is allegedly held.

Court appearance today. Wonder if ABSA is able to show valid cause why they shouldn't have to comply with the instruction issued by the court...

It would be interesting to be able to match the amount seized with the amount handed over.
 
To be perfectly honest, I'm not really too concerned about the outcome of this thing. I just want to keep the thread going... :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:

That said, I've attached the interim court order made out last month ;)

It is interesting that this court order confirms the dissensions amongst some of the original claimants. As expected, some people have been making out that the search and seize is directed against ABSA etc, presumably to energise the scamming contingent,

I honestly don't mean to troll you or anything. I'm genuinely interested in what you think is gonna happen in the next 30 days. Please share...

Statements like these have been made for the last 4 years. How can you be so certain that something will actually happen this time?
 
@Gupta: Do you mean that the main case will be settled "soon" (30 days or something like that)? The ex parte Decision on 22 December does not relate directly to the main case at all - it is a successful attempt by Rehana Surtie (and she is the only one named in this decision) to get monies from the bank accounts of Mcsherry and Noor Holdings.
 
Future news headline: Lambo has now become the number 1 selling car brand in terms of volume for year 2099 as a result of Surtie Inheritance paid out.
