Surtie Inheritance Scam

Don’t complicate this whole thing.

There is 3 parties A B and C.

A gave C R1000000.00 20 years ago.

To get the money to C, party B must handle the money.

So B decides to keep the R 1000000.00 and not give it to C.

20 Years later A asks the family of C it he got the money. The don’t know. So they get Magnum PI to look for the answers.

In short Magnum PI finds the money and all the proof that the money was taken by B and not given to C.

So now the family of C wants the money that was given to them by A.

Simple, the money was not the property of B in the first place and must now B must return the money with interest to C

So now who is wrong and who is right.

Will not be so nice if you are person C WOULD IT.
Person C would be in the money, wouldn't they, as indeed they should be? A couple of essential additions to your list:
- Persons D, E, F --- Z who have convinced a bunch of idiots / desperate people to believe that they, too, should get a slice of the pie.
- Macsherry and a company of which the accounts were (supposed to have been) seized who seem to have been paid interest from the amount passed by B to C. How much of the interest must be recovered from these ABSA accounts held by Macsherry and the company named in the Gauteng High Court documents?

Like all the d-dates given in this long thread, we will see you or you on another new account after the 25th Apr to spew more nonsense on people just need to wait a bit longer to get their pay day.
So the 25th of April has come and gone. Still no sign of any judgement, as predicted by @kota

This morning it was brought to my attention that there are still several WhatsApp groups claiming that payment will happen soon. Some even claimed that all payments would be done at the birthday celebrations of 'the lawyer', which happened earlier this week. And I quote "...baie van die grootkoppe gaan by die lawyer se party wees, and hulle gaan somma die knoppie daar druk"

Let me set the record straight: It is not as simple as 'pushing a button'. But more importantly, before any payments are made, there needs to be money to pay you guys with. On these same WhatsApp groups, you guys are complaining that you've heard nothing from the legal team yet. Don't you think that's because there's nothing to update you with?

In order for any of you to get paid, one of two things needs to happen. Either the case is settled out of court, or the case goes to trial and the court finds in favour of the estate. In the event of the latter (the second one), then chances are that the PIC will appeal the ruling as many times as they possibly can. This means that it could carry on for a number of years before any payment (if any) is made.

There has been no confirmation of an out-of-court settlement either. Granted, the estate's legal team is trying its level best to secure one, but have not been successful thus far.

To put all of this in basic English...please stop expecting a payment because there is no money to pay you with. It's very simple. If Edgars is expecting payment from you, and you haven't received your salary, then Edgars won't get any money from you this month. The same applies to any of you expecting money to be paid into your account. If they didn't receive any money, they can't pay you.

There's no point in spreading rumours about pending payments, since this is utter nonsense.

And the most important bit of all is that many of you craving to get your hands on a share of this money have probably been scammed, so don't get your hopes up. The fact that you are not able to get a firm grasp of the process that is unfolding, and you're instead falling for the bullsh!t stories doing the rounds on WhatsApp is a fair enough indication that you could plausibly have given your money to someone who was merely taking you for a ride. If you can't see through the lies of the people who've made up these stories about 'payments happening soon' and fall for these stories month in and month out on a consistent basis, then it really makes sense that you've more than likely been done in by an experienced scammer

are you saying that we gna get paid this month just like iv been told last month and the month before

Nothing personal but.
You gave money for a process to happen , unless u gave it to the wrong people.
Secondly, the people busy would like nothing more than to give you your money.
Because they are honest and good people.
Third, the money is not going to appear when somebody makes a wish over eating a plate of king sushi.
So relax, when the money is available they will let you know through the right channel ( not a whatsup group or this entertainment, circus thread ) and you will be paid.
Lastly>>>>>> The more shite you guys talk here the more you hurt the process.
Anything unclear.......

Believe you me, no matter how much shite I talk here, the process is borked from the get-go. My comments don't make it less of a scam, or more of as scam
