Quick q - the Grand Vitara has me confused with the pricing.
What's the difference between the two auto models? The engine and automatic dimming on the rearview mirror? I'm seeing marginally lower specs on the 60k more expensive GLX vs the GL.... What's that about?

Why would a dual injector engine have less output than the single? Also, no mention of auto start-stop, was that not introduced with the new Grand Vitara? Is the K15C also not paired with a 6-speed AT? I think Suzuki have dropped the ball here somewhere...

Main differences on the GLX is leather interior, sunroof, wireless phone charging, different mags, 360 degree camera system, 2 tone color options etcQuick q - the Grand Vitara has me confused with the pricing.

Wow, OK. Now if I was about to buy, I would have totally been put off based on what the website showed. The website guys need to fix that lol.
Check the 'full specs' section on the site - there's literally no difference between the two. If you use the comparison feature, the engines are different, but that's not under full specs. Terrible.
Also, I assume these aren't leather seats on the Grand Vitara GLX, but fake leather?

• No diesel option like some rivals
• Rear seat’s under-thigh support is lacking for taller passengers
• A few missing features like sunroof, TPMS, rear armrest, drive modes, auto wipers and front parking sensors
• Lesser height means, despite the smart styling, it doesn’t have the road presence of typical crossovers

Missing a sunroof is a con? Not all of us are 18-year-olds boozing it up and screeching about hot girls summer out the sunroof.

Mercedes is using fake leather in their cars why would you think a Suzuki built in India has real leather? Ofcourse it’s vinyl just like most “low end” manufacturers.

Agree. Call it plastic because that is exactly what it is. It will probably hold up better than what you get in a Mercedes though.
