SVCHOST keeps stealing my MB's.

Every day when I log on, SVCHOST.exe downloads about 30MB's.
What is this for as I can't see any diffs?

Could be auto updates?

You could use Sysinternals process monitor (available on microsoft's website), to check which svchost is doing the downloading.
