svn post-commit hook script for html emails

I am hoping someone here can help.

I want to email the diff between revision changes using the post-commit hook script.
This is working, but the email format is pretty horrible. Im looking for something similar to the interface that is visible via websvn.

Any idea on how I can get this working?

At the moment, i have blundered my way to the point I am at now.
