Swapped ?

For the past week or so I have a strange happening here.
Now I probably upload more than I download but over the last week my local downloads have dropped to around 40KB/s but my uploads have increased from 30 odd KB/s to 54 KB/s.
I'm currently uploading an 80 meg file and it sits constantly at 54.12 KB/s
256/512 ??

Anyone else experienced this ?

wow man that is wiered it seems like they got the wires crossed , (i am not speaking technicly). its like the line that was ment to do the downloading was connected to the upload stream and visa versa but thats imposible couse it all happens threw one line
