Hey, post a link but my apologies for not covering the whole board before posting... feel free to ask a mod to delete it lol...
 
This is what will happen:

Telkom Boss: "Thandi! Did you swear to this client?!"
Thandi: "No"
Telkom Boss: "There's a voice recording of you doing it!"
Thandi: "It wasn't me"
Telkom Boss: "Oh ok. This will now get filed with the other drivel we have to put up with"
ICASA: "Whats the status of the complaint?!"
Telkom Boss: "It's been handled internally"
ICASA: "Good job Telkom, we love you long time, would you like a blow job or would you be happy if I just lubed you up and took it in my ass like the bad little girl I am?"
Telkom Boss: "No thanks, Thandi already did that, but you can get me some coffee"
ICASA to Client: "Everything is fine and everyone is happy, you had no right to complain and they handled it. Now off you go"
Client: "WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!"
