I have a Telkom ISP "up to 10 Mbps ADSL line.

Speeds look good for a 10mb line. Ping is a little high though. You must be close to an exchange and maybe can upgrade if there's faster speeds in your area

I have a Telkom ISP "Up to 10 Mbps" ADSL connection to my home.
My latest Speed Test result as follows:

Ping: 20ms
Download: 10.06Mbps
Upload: 0.81Mbps
I am only about 1 km from my nearest exchange (Swellendam, WC)

I am trying to find out who is the best site to visit to get info on what actions I can take to resolve the problem. Telkom is my ISP. Which is the best way to notify Telkom of my ADSL internet problems?
