Hi Guys, I bought my Blind wife a Galaxy GT-S301 as the apps would assist her to use all the functions of the device via Speech and TTS. In The settings there was a check box to change the touch settings. I assumed this was for assisting the TTS to notify via special vibration what was at that point on the screen. Since I activated that box I can no longer "Swipe" across the screen and I can not move or scroll pages. I also have very limited access to Settings App and can not get back to even reset Factory Settings. What should I do to get full access to the Settings App?
Thanks for any useful advice you could give.

Hello,

Please find my reply (second post) in the
thread linked below:

I hope it might be of help to you.
If the first solution does not work,
You might like to try booting to recovery.
1. Power off the phone.
2. Most Samsung phones use the combination of:
volume up, home and power buttons together.
Hold this combination in for a few seconds.
Once in recovery, navigate the menu with the up and down volume buttons to find reset or erase user data etc. Select the desired option with the power button.
confirm that you really want to erase or reset to factory defaults.
Your phone should then reboot.

Kind Regards
