Don't know if its just my imagination or real issue re Switch 2 games.
Looking at 3rd party physical games, it seems like they only make limited number of cards and if you don't grab it while its hot you are sht out of luck. It feels more so with games that is full on card but I have seen it on "Gamekey" games as well.
I do suspect its due to the cost of the cards and current RAM crisis. They don't over shoot numbers to sit with stock that they cant move, and re-run's are rare. Bethesda for example promised to release a second batch of Oblivion but its still sold out everywhere except for Core(Nintendo SA). With loads of people complaining on international forums.
If this is real its gonna put a real strain on wallets, as it means you have to make sure to pre-order games you want instead of buying after release.
My biggest fear is that this is gonna skew the numbers and make Nintendo move to digital only like the other consoles.
