Anyone here done it before and if so how difficult was it to do and how long did it take? also, what value anytime contract did you take and did they kick up a fuss if it was a little less than your current contract?

Reason for asking is that I have two contracts and im looking to switch them both as the free minutes aren't being used and I would rather accumulate value than silly free minutes

Hey....

Its a pretty simple process as far as I know just call the call centre or go into a store - you basically just doing a migration of package.

From the fact that you say you not using your free minutes - it is a good idea to do it because you at least going to have the rand value accumulating each month for you.

In terms of going to a less expensive package, check with the consultant they have all the details on what free moves you can make - if you are out of contract you can go to any package for free from what I remember.

Hope this helps!

I have migrated my package before (both Up and Down).
1. If u migrating from a higher package (e.g. ProCall 120 - AnyTime 100) to a lower package u will be chrged a pro-rated difference in subscription as a once off.

2. If u migrating from a lowere package to a higher one (e.g. ProCall 120 - Anytime 350) then its free (no charge) same applies if u migrating between two similar charged packages (cant think of any right now).

Bear in mind that a Tariff Migration can take place regardless of whether your contract is up or not.

As for what AnyTime package to take, I personally would prefer AnyTime 350 but Im currently on AnyTime 200 - Im gonna migrate to it shortly.
