Sync application for Mac

What Mac Syncing application do you guys recommend.

I want to sync a data folder between my Macbook and G5

I want the application to scan the folder and add or remove files from the G5 when it compares the folder to the Macbook. I don't want the syncing application to remove anything from the Macbook whilst it isyncing
