Hi all. I have 4x6TB drives in a synology. Before loadshedding i shut it down and everyting is on surge protection. when restarting, the orange light flashes and after a few minutes it shuts down.
I took all the drives out, same issue. I have someone loading the drives onto an ubuntu system, hopefully there's no data loss. If it is a faulty unit, its a very expensive problem if i must replace i with another 4/5 bay unit.
Are there people that can fix a unit like this? holding thumbs my data is in tact.
