Tab S9 Ultra Software Not Updating

Hi guys, so I’ve got a Tab S9 Ultra a couple of days ago. I’m trying to update the software to One UI 8, but it’s stuck on One UI 5.1.1 and Android 13.

Software update keeps saying Your Software is up to date, I’ve tried smart switch on the pc yesterday, but it just shows backup and restore, there is no update button.

I sold my standard Tab S9 a few days ago, and that was on One UI 8. So not sure what the problem is, any help would be appreciated, tnx!
 
are you sure its not a fake - a tab S9 Ultra would in no way be on OneUI 5 - take it in to a Samsung dealer and let them check it up because something seems dodgy there
 
Hi there, yup pretty sure it’s original. Everything is exact as per my s9 i had a few days ago. The OLED quality is perfect, all diagnostics passed in the members app. Apparently the Tab S9 ultra did ship with One UI 5.1.1 and received subsequent updates to One UI 8.

actually wikipedia confirmed that it had One UI 5.1.1, check below

Software​
