Tablet PCs?

Hey, my uncle is looking for a tablet pc which has the following:

11 - 12 inch touch screen with stylus
A screen which can swivel
At least Core 2 Duo 2Ghz (that may be a long shot with a tablet)

I saw the Lenovo Thinkpad X series on the US site and it's coming in at $1600 which is very expensive (and it only has a 1.4GHz processor). Judging from that however I doubt I'll find anything which meet the above requirements at a low price lol.

Is there any good, reliable brands which contain those specs at a budget of about R6000?

Not really, no. Tablet PCs cater more for the high end of the market. Found a Fujitsu Lifebook T4310 for approximately US$1200 - Core 2 Duo 2.2GHz, 4GB RAM, LED backlit screen.

Had to work on an HP tablet today and, honestly, the screen was horrible. Do all of these tablet PCs these days have almost mirror finish touch panels? My colleague and I were just ducking and diving the ambient light trying to see what was on the panel.
