Takealot/Masterpass App not working

Hey everyone

I wanted to know if anyone has experienced an error when trying to use the Masterpass App to pay on Takealot with a Capitec Card (I'm sure most know about the R300 promo if you use it first time). I have gone through so many phonecalls to Capitec, as well as bank visits. I've reregistered the card and app, I've even used the Masterpass on another site and it works fine. But when I try to pay on Takealot, I get an 05 error to contact bank.

No one seems to know whats up and I'm beginning to think they've run out of vouchers or something and now they just trying the run around. Even Takealot doesn't rake responsibility, they simply say it's a bank issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

And just for laughs, here are some of the banks call centre solutions:

Get a new card
Use a different browser
Re-register using the same information
Uninstall the app and re-install it
My personal favourite was where I was told that their system shows no error, despite the app registering an error code and reference number...sigh.
