With regards to change of mind (in the return policy) if I tested a Bluetooth headset over a couple of hours and found it uncomfortable and not to my liking, can I return it for a refund in its original packaging?

What did it say on the product page? Often they'll mention is a product is not eligible for returns.

It is eligible for returns, just need clarity regarding when I've tested an electronic item and was not happy with it..
