I ordered at 3.30 yesterday from takealot and received my goods at 10am today

I'm still waiting for my package that's supposed to be delivered on April 24th lmao

Want it so not cancelling it but eish sometimes..

When Kalahari was open .... Their service and deliveries for me were always better than takealot. Since the buy out though ... takealot has improved alot .

I'm on level 5 (i.e. qualify for 40% discount), no loan, no car finance, no house finance ;).

Anyone else having their orders cancelled without reason no contact via email to inform you either, I grabbed the cadac grill combo on daily deals, paid same day via eft, now it's cancelled.

Emailed their support.


Edit: received email back that account has been credited. Wtf

They usually have a limit they sell at that price, so perhaps you bought right after someone else who bought the last one. They still could have given it to you though.

It's their new trick for when you use a discount voucher on a small order. They cancelled my order of 2x cappuccino glasses because they sad there was no stock, even though there most certainly was when I checked out. Next day the stock was back but my voucher code no longer worked - they basically voided the voucher by cancelling the sale I used it on.

No stock from supplier is the excuse , when I bought it I still checked back 5min later and there where 5 left.

Very annoying.
