So I'm probably 6 days late.

I responded the same day to the FNB email, but the wife got a voucher and I didn't

She received a R100 Takealot voucher, as well as a R100 Netflorist voucher....

So get this, TA support tells me their app has been having issues.

iPad version of the app, there is no Checkout button. Their solution, "Is it there now?"
Android version of the app, tells me there is no stock of the pre-order item I am trying to checkout with. Their solution, "Keep trying please."

Can't pre-order via the app, I queried this (14 Oct):

When I use the website it goes to the checkout page. But I want to use the app so I can use a voucher.
