So... I received a letter from Takealot today and it was meant for the previous owner of the house...
The letter said that there is a gift inside and given the fact that the previous owner still owes me money as he took the vanity from my bathroom before I moved in, I proceeded to open the letter.
There is a R100 gift voucher here but for some reason, I cannot add it to my takealot account.

Will Takealot somehow inform the previous owner as his name is on this letter?

You can only add during check out and not on your Takealot account as cash balance
