Takealot Vouchers (Begging) Thread

The interesting thing I've noticed is:
1. The Takealot account with the gmail email address was blocked
2. The order made on that account was returned
3. They are completely confused with the other order. It wasn't returned yet. The tracking says: Incorrect scheduling. Parcel not yet received. Delivery will be rescheduled

I'll keep you posted

The reason on the returns email was: Recipient Refused Delivery.
The details the same would probably have been my name. I used two different cell numbers on the orders

Possible they ran out of stock allocated to the special, helped my Boss get himself one this morning, then it got rough at work, couple of hours later I tried and it was back to normal price ... - maybe ...

It's possible. I'm awaiting a response from them.

I ordered something else an hour ago. I want to see what happens next week

Just wanted to say thanks to all that are keeping the thread going - you guys are awesome :)
I am not a takealot representative.

Thanks Zoomzoom for the code, I used it last night.

While going through the website (Cape Union Mart)last night, a popup appeared saying that if you sign up for the newsletter, you can get a voucher for R100 off R500. So, I put an email address using the gmail trick, and this morning they sent a code through.

So if you guys are still looking for vouchers that's a good way to go about getting them. Just signing up for the newsletter without using the popup also works.

Sorry, I know this is not the thread for this, but I wasn't sure where else to post it.
What is this gmail trick you speak of?

Well it's a special online retailer that inflates then discounts items to make it seem like you are saving more. If they are unethical, then what is stopping their customers from being so? I'm not saying it's right, I'm just saying I won't frown at people who do that as I think Takealot mislead customers.
