That's probably the case because you need to scan the Qr code.

That's actually an interesting conundrum, I wonder if you can use the masterpass app to make a payment within another app?

Did this now and got the code SMSd immediately.

Can only find Masterpass on the desktop site and not the app.
 
I did not use a new account but used masterpass for the first time. The T&Cs just read using masterpass on the account for the first time.
 
Do you need to go into the branch to get Masterpass activated. Tried using it this morning but just came back with errors?
 
I think I did that this morning after the unsuccessful attempts to use Masterpass. Said I would receive a sms with an activation code which I am now waiting on.

Does that sound right?

On which mobile number did u receive the sms, the mobile linked to the bankcard or the mobile linked to the masterpass app?
