Under my order status it says waiting for payment,although payment was successfull and I did receive an email confirming payment with order number. Can someone please advise.

Nope. If you received an email with subject 'Takealot | Payment Confirmation | xxxxxxxx' where xxxxxxxx is order number, all should be well.
