Something ive noticed with Takealot is that they tend to over estimate the delivery date and boom... delivery earlier.

Yep unlike another online retailer that fails to deliver when they say they will.
 
Sigh .... Really looking for vouchers ..... Take alot has been really baron as of late :/
 
They really should do something about their checkout processing - its really bugging to the point that I almost gave up trying to order now.

What problems are you experiencing? Credit card related? I pay by EFT and don't have any issues.

If you fly through the checkout you will probably get a session timeout.... jip, just got a session timeout by clicking too quickly. You need to take your time. Select your address and wait for it to properly execute. Select your payment method and wait for the command to go through before moving on etc etc.
 
a tip (helped me get the R200 voucher every day the past two weeks)...go to m.takealot.com and check out there...it's fast and never timed out on me...ever...guess the tip is a bit late but hey...for next time ;-)

If that's the mobile site then I have never been able to check out from there.
 
So - orders arriving.

I ordered a skottel braai, and cover separately.

Cover just arrived, and doesn't fit - they have two versions, one for old skottel braai, and one for new. I would have thought they new braai would fit in the "New" cover. Apparently not.

I've contacted takealot - who have responded that they have sent the query to their supplier, so lets see how this is handled.
