You get the CC eBucks from all online stores when you use your FNB CC. It's not a benefit specific to Takealot. If you order from Loot, Raru, Makro, etc. you will still get that reward. Only the flat 3% is for ordering from Takealot.
That statement is very inaccurate. Are you in marketing by any chance?
