it did happen to 1 or 2 people

but yeah in an online world its very difficult to ban someone

email addresses can be created easily
there is multiple payment options

and the choice to collect an item if they block a delivery address

When did they ever give vouchers to current customers?

Back in the day they did. E.g MissYou gave R50 off R250 for everyone, GoGadgets gave me R50 off computer stuffs etc etc and they had the radio ones that gave you R200 off R200, limited to like a 1000 redemptions or something. Those were fun.
