''lack of voucher service delivery." This must be a jokeThis is from the news section FYI:
"Due to the reduced marketing budget Takealot had to implement level 2B voucher restrictions the City of Cape Town has announced. The city has engaged with unions and other stakeholders to prevent riots led by the EFF and MyBroadband members. MyBroadband users and EFF supporters have rallied together and noted that they were aware of the location of the Takealot warehouse and would use all means necessary to overcome this monopoly of electronic shopping and lack of voucher service delivery."
