Taking mp3s off a Mac and putting them on a Windows PC

Hi all

Excuse the noob question, but I remember that there's something iffy about PC/Mac file systems etc...

Anyway, can I use my external NTFS hard drive (used with a Windows PC) to take music from a Mac (not sure about file system but I'm assuming it's also NTFS) and put it on a Vista laptop?

Mac wont write to NTFS (unless you have parallels installed and want to do it that way).

Fat32 will work just fine though or writing them to DVD.

Why not bring the laptop to the mac and network the two?
